Within Australia: We use Australia Post for all postal deliveries. All deliveries are tracked and for orders over $150, a signature is required on delivery. We don't want your one-off piece to go missing! :) You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but generally your Piece By Piece Home parcel will arrive within 5-10 working days of your order being placed. There is a flat domestic delivery fee of $14.95 for orders, except for large artworks or bulk home decor purchases where a delivery quote will be provided by Piece By Piece Home & approved by you in advance.
International: We love international customers and are open to shipping anywhere in the world. A flat fee of $40 AUD will be charged for international shipping, except for larger items, such as artworks and other bulky items. Send us an email and we can calculate the most cost-effective shipping option for larger items: email@example.com For our overseas friends, international delivery times are dictated by your local postal service. The customer is liable for all import duties, customs or taxes that may apply in the country of delivery. Please contact your local customs office to find out the charges that will apply to your purchase. By purchasing through this site you agree to these terms & conditions.
Express: If you are in a rush for your delivery, we can offer an express delivery service for an additional fee. Just email us before purchasing and we will be happy to help.

Your privacy is important to us. Transactions occur via Shopify or Square and we do not share any personal information gathered via transactions with other third parties or outside organisations.
By placing an order with Piece By Piece Home you’re giving us the authority to contact you in the future with any promotional emails, exclusive offers, event invites and new product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time via our MailChimp email distribution system. Rest assured, we keep emails infrequent and worthwhile. Add us to your address book to ensure our emails make their way to you.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If an order and payment is received and in the rare instance, cannot be filled, Piece By Piece Home will promptly refund you for that item.
Every Piece By Piece Home creation is priced individually and prices are subject to change without notice. Pricing is in Australian dollars and currency exchange rates are dictated at the time of the purchase via the Shopify website currency conversion feature.
Payment for Piece By Piece Home creations is via Shopify, which offers a range of secure online payment gateways including credit card, PayPal and AfterPay. Purchases made at pop-up events or at the Piece By Piece Home studio are processed via Square.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your Piece By Piece Home product please contact us via email@example.com to arrange an exchange or refund. You will need to cover the return postage costs.
You need to notify us within three days of receiving your order and return it to us within 10 days (within Australia) of the date of delivery. Of course the items must be unwashed, unused and in original packaging with tags intact.
Please note, there are no refunds or exchanges on sale or sample items. We also don’t offer refunds on items reported 'missing' that are showing as ‘delivered’ by our independent delivery providers.
