Love one-off pieces? So do we!
Every single PieceByPieceHome creation or artwork is an original, one-off. There is no mass production going on here. We love vintage pieces too, so we make available a small selection of rare & hand-sourced pieces.
We love the creative process and the idea of selling textile pieces that no one else in the whole wide world will have…except you! This creative approach also allows us to be more nimble, adaptable and eclectic in our choice of colour, texture and materials. It may be a slower process, but it means every single piece is special. All clutches, cushions, throws and quilts are designed and manufactured in Australia. We proudly source vintage and modern materials from all over the world.
It’s a lively and creative jaunt full of surprises and we hope you enjoy the ride with us.
textile designer & business owner
After establishing a career in corporate communications, Elizabeth moved to beautiful Bowral in NSW's Southern Highlands nine years ago to start a family. She launched PieceByPieceHome 2.5 years ago...and she is loving every minute of it. She is a colour & texture lover, a collector and a big fan of details. Travel is also high on her list of passions, so she often departs on a sourcing trips, always extra keen for rare, vintage finds. Care & consideration goes into every creation she designs and this separates PieceByPieceHome fashion and home decor pieces from the mainstream & mass produced. The sewing team who stitch up a storm
We use a few hand-picked Australian gems to bring Elizabeth's designs to life. They are dressmakers, ex-sewing teachers, and costume designers. In other words, they are incredibly qualified and skilled individuals who take Elizabeth's designs and complete them with an exacting eye. The inside of the cushions, throws & bags are often as beautiful as the outside.
